Admissions Terms & Bursary Regulations

1. Provisional Online Reservation

Prospective scholars may reserve a provisional seat in any cohort through our online portal without an immediate credit card transaction. Provisional reservations are held for 7 business days pending campus tour and diagnostic assessment.

2. Fee Settlement & Bursary Counter

Tuition fees are payable in full or in two equal installments at the Bursary Counter, located at 14 St Giles', Oxford. We accept UK bank transfers, major international debit/credit cards, and verified academic institutional sponsorships.

3. Band 7.5+ Guarantee Conditions

To qualify for the complimentary second-term retake guarantee:

• The candidate must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance across all physical seminars.
• All 12 required full-length mock examinations must be completed under timed exam conditions.
• The official British Council / IDP test must be taken within 60 days of program completion.

4. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Full refunds (less ৳500 administrative diagnostic fee) are provided up to 7 days prior to cohort commencement. After the second studio session, fees are non-refundable but transferable to a subsequent term.
