1. Information We Collect
When you register for a course or request a diagnostic assessment, we collect your name, email, contact telephone number, and educational history solely to manage academic cohorts and provide diagnostic feedback.
2. Audio Recording & Diagnostic Data
Audio recordings made during speaking mock simulations are confidential. They are utilized solely by accredited examiners for pedagogical waveform critique and are deleted after 90 days unless preserved by student request.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or distribute candidate records to commercial marketers. Data is shared with British Council or IDP only when registering an official examination test slot under candidate authorization.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your candidate file, request deletion of diagnostic records, or correct any inaccuracies by contacting our Administration Officer at info@learnerseducation.com.
